About the position

The Analyst, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) role is a highly visible position that supports senior management of two multinational public companies. The primary focus is on coordinating the consolidated FP&A budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes, while also performing detailed modeling for various initiatives. This role involves monitoring financial trends against budgets and prior forecasts across multiple business areas, and assisting with SEC reporting and investor relations for an NYSE-traded company.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate consolidated Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
• Perform deep-dive modeling for various initiatives.
• Monitor trends versus budget and prior forecasts for business areas including sales, COGS, manufacturing, SG&A, and R&D expenses.
• Assist with preparation of SEC reporting and investor relations, including press releases, earnings calls, and annual Form 20-F.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Finance or Accounting or related field of study with a minimum of 1 year experience in Accounting and FP&A.
• Alternatively, a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting or related field of study with a minimum of 3 years' experience in Accounting and FP&A is acceptable.
• Experience in a publicly traded company is a plus.
