About the position

The position focuses on assisting the Director of Specialty Leasing Financial Reporting & Operations in managing day-to-day functions and reports to optimize production and achieve objectives. The role involves developing, maintaining, and analyzing Specialty Leasing Reporting, collaborating closely with the SVP of New Business Development on necessary reports and operations for the National Accounts Specialty Leasing team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain National Deal Making Reports including various financial and sales reports.
• Gather and create national tenant proposals.
• Act as a liaison between Specialty Leasing and Lease Services.
• Collaborate with Tenant Coordination and Mall staff to ensure compliance with leasing requirements.
• Work with Legal on lease language changes and document execution.
• Identify and compile market trends and consumer behavior to enhance leasing efforts.
• Compile concept trends specific to Specialty Leasing for targeted brand placements.
• Create and maintain a National Deal Making Instagram page to drive social media efforts.
• Identify national trade shows for the National Deal Making team to attend.
• Cross-train on Anaplan, Salesforce, Yardi, and CAD, providing backup as needed.

Requirements

• B.S. Degree in Finance, Business, or Accounting; MBA, CPA, or other relevant professional designations are a plus.
• Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience.
• Strong analytical background with knowledge of financial analysis techniques such as net present value and internal rate of return.
• Experience with accounting/planning applications preferred (e.g., JD Edwards, Anaplan).
• Strong working knowledge of Excel and Word.
• Ability to interact effectively with personnel at all levels and from all departments within the company.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
