Pay $59,520 - $66,130 a year Full job description Role and Scope of Position: Works collaboratively across team to meet the objectives of the Gas Training & Compliance Department. Responsible for supporting, analyzing, and enhancing department processes and data management. Essential Functions: Analysis Identifies potential risk and works across team on the assessment, mitigation and monitoring associated with business unit strategies and operations Creates, analyzes and reports on training data using various manual and computerized information Prepares reports and analysis on the status of identified risk/gaps; summarizes findings, develops strategy and presents to Technical Training management team. Responsible for collection of data from various resources Reviews and/or summarizes various reports and makes recommendations for best practice solutions Researches and identifies metrics to monitor progress of operator qualifications testing and risk status associated with task expirations. Develops and produces accurate, consistent, and timely reporting. Reviews and defines user requests for enhancements to LMS (Learning Management System) system; communicates options available to satisfy users' business needs Assists with identifying department processes that are inefficient and create/change procedures that will lead to measurable gains in data quality and time Assists with the preparation of quantitative data required for the Operator Qualification Program Project Support Handles overall communications, risk and issue resolution Responsible for tracking and reporting Evaluates results and summarizes progress of project Prepares reports for upper management regarding project status Ownership of EWN (Gas Operator Qualification) system for internal clients; includes workflow management, reporting, data collection and reporting Administrative Performs support duties in LMS systems Maintains employee transcripts (course history) on LMS to support compliance, regulatory agency requirements Responsible for 3rd party vendor relationships where appropriate (Sum Total, EWN, LoneStar, Prometric) Archives training records Technical Knowledge/Skill/Education/Licenses/Certifications: Technical knowledge/Skill: Good communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills; able to express complex ideas in simple terms; well-developed interpersonal skills. Good analytical skills including the ability to draw sound conclusions and act decisively Ability to think and act in a fast-paced environment with frequently shifting and/or conflicting priorities; ability to handle multiple assignments and projects Ability to apply sound judgment; strong customer focus Handle responsibilities with integrity and the highest standards of professionalism Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Working knowledge of OQ regulations and processes Must be able to work collaboratively across Technical Training and Operations area to assist with the achievement of the organization's goals. Compensation and Benefits: Eversource offers a competitive total rewards program. The annual salary range for this position is $59520 to $66130.00, plus incentive. Must be available to work emergency restoration assignment as required. Must be available to travel between MA/CT/NH as necessary.
