In this role, the successful candidate will collect, analyze, and interpret data from diverse sources to identify trends, patterns, and operational opportunities for improvement. They will utilize data analysis and visualization tools to conduct in-depth analyses and reporting on operational performance, financial metrics, customer feedback, and other KPIs. Collaboration with operations teams is essential to monitor and report SLA performance, track progress, and identify bottlenecks or areas for improvement. The analyst will also manage partnership and internal reporting requirements across multiple workstreams, ensuring timely and accurate reporting. Additionally, the analyst will conduct ad-hoc analyses to support operational initiatives and strategic decision-making, including financial impact assessments. They will proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and automation, suggesting innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
