About the position

This position is focused on supporting the Headcount Data Management Team by utilizing exceptional problem-solving, customer service, and data entry skills. The role involves maintaining the accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of contingent staff data globally while providing customer support and collaborating with various internal and external organizations.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure quality data entry while meeting or exceeding established service level agreements.
  • Independently respond to complex internal and/or external partner issues, advocating for the partner/customer.
  • Provide customer support by answering questions and resolving transaction problems for customers worldwide.
  • Independently resolve exceptions using discretion.
  • Participate in the implementation of new business policies and processes.
  • Engage in process redesign and recommend changes to improve operational efficiency.
  • Demonstrate excellent organizational and communication skills when responding to customer inquiries.
  • Adapt to last-minute changes and problems requiring immediate action.
  • Become a procedure expert in the area of group support specialty.
  • Identify trends and recommend changes to internal SLAs to meet partner/customer expectations.
  • Complete special projects as needed.
