We are seeking a motivated Analyst to join Health Operations in managing the priorities of the Health Solutions Insights (HSI) division leadership team including budget, initiative and investment oversight, operational improvements, and knowledge management. This individual can work remotely or hybrid from any of our office locations.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Health Solutions Insights (HSI) division leaders to manage communications channels across HSI, ensuring effective and transparent communication within the division.
  • Draft communication and guidance.
  • Coordinate logistics for large meetings, prepare slides and meeting materials, ensure seamless execution of events.
  • Maintain knowledge in Confluence and SharePoint.
  • Anticipate the needs of HSI leaders and help them stay focused on their projects by resolving operational and administrative issues before they arise.
  • Manage up to HSI leaders to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks.
  • Analyze and report on financial, staffing, and performance metrics set by Health leadership.
  • Monitor day-to-day operational systems and processes to provide visibility into the goals, progress, and obstacles of key initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with HSI management to monitor recruiting and onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Address knowledge management gaps, implement process improvements, or facilitate key operations that may take significant time and collaboration to stand up successfully.
  • Operate as part of a larger operational team supporting the Health Unit.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in a position that required coordination across multiple stakeholders.
  • A combination of equivalent education and work experience may be substituted for the above requirements.
  • Experience with enterprise collaboration tools including SharePoint and the Atlassian suite (Confluence and Jira).
  • Advanced proficiency and analytic skills with Microsoft Office (including PowerPoint and SharePoint).
  • Strong analytical skills with knowledge of business acumen and the communication skills needed to interact with a variety of staff and job functions.
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and communication skills, with strong attention to detail and accuracy of work.
