About the position
The Digital Knowledge Analyst at Enbridge is responsible for managing day-to-day operations related to knowledge requests from HR, overseeing communication requirements, curating content, and optimizing AI tools. This role supports the digital strategy by ensuring effective knowledge management and collaboration across HR departments.
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day knowledge requests from HR
- Respond to requests for new knowledge intake and operational publication on HR digital platforms
- Oversee communication requirements and adherence to the knowledge governance program
- Support customers in knowledge design discussions with a digital-first approach
- Engage in and support knowledge-related training or awareness activities across HR
- Liaise with multiple HR departments to identify new content or updates
- Model best practices and knowledge sharing behaviors in the use of enabling technologies
- Optimize AI tools by addressing natural language processing (NLP) errors
- Support creation of Agent Assist specific tasks or customizations within AI-augmented service console.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in natural language processing (NLP)
- Familiarity with virtual assistant development cycles
- Experience in systems testing from previous projects or platform implementations
- Working understanding of digital or knowledge management strategies
- Strong collaboration and customer support mindset
- Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills.
