About the position

The Analyst I, Data will be responsible for creating, processing, and maintaining a portfolio of Master Data elements in support of the Operations Organization at Shiseido. This role involves validating data for completeness and ensuring adherence to global master data governance rules and processes. The Analyst will also support end-to-end (E2E) testing of SAP systems for any future regional integrations and/or change request unit acceptance testing, which will drive critical decision-making for FOCUS project initiatives and end-to-end planning. In this position, the Analyst will create and maintain Master Data elements, which include but are not limited to Finished Goods, Components, Bulk, Raw Materials, and Bills of Materials (BOMs). They will perform data validation and coordinate with relevant data owners to ensure that the data is accurate, reliable, and complete. Additionally, the Analyst will ensure that change requests are processed accurately and on time to support business needs. They will become knowledgeable about the master data end-to-end process and the impact of attributes on business operations. The Analyst will also be responsible for performing end-to-end testing and providing feedback and guidance for the resolution of issues in support of FOCUS project integrations or Change Requests as needed. Furthermore, they will be responsible for updating any data pertaining to the yearly Budget process and assisting in leading strategic Master Information Management (MIM) actions within the project timeline.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Education - Supply Chain or Engineering B.S.
  • 0 - 3 years of relevant experience.
