The Analyst I, Middleware Systems is responsible for monitoring, installation, configuration, administration, troubleshooting, deployment, and maintenance of technology solutions. This role involves providing technical support, troubleshooting problems, and performing scripting/programming to ensure stable and efficient operation of technology solutions. Responsibilities: The Analyst I will understand the middleware and integration strategy and document detailed requirements. They will partner with key technical resources and vendors to understand technical requirements and perform end-to-end impact assessments for any technical changes, analyzing how they may impact upstream and downstream systems and processes. The role includes documenting any technical procedures, identifying needed reporting, instrumentation, and analytics in support of automation, and developing software tasks in accordance with Information System standards and methodologies. The Analyst will solve technical problems and make improvements to Concentra's system, which includes deployment, monitoring, and maintenance. They will build tools for internal use to improve and support the build and deployment process, improve automated deployments, monitoring, management, and incident response, and develop infrastructure and configuration as code. Additionally, they will perform troubleshooting of both application and infrastructure issues and ensure critical systems, applications, and services are always up and running by monitoring, gathering, and analyzing data from different network sources. Responsibilities

  • Understand the middleware and integration strategy and document detailed requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Management Information Systems.
  • 3 years of experience in middleware systems and integration.
  • Good understanding of TIBCO Integration Design and Patterns.
  • Knowledge of Secure communications using SSL certificates.
  • Knowledge of configuring BusinessConnect - create/update participants, configure Gateway Server.
  • Ability to work on Microsoft or UNIX operating systems (Windows Server and RHEL).
  • Prior experience with Atlassian Suite, primarily JIRA and Confluence.
  • Experience in automation of build and deployment processes using both tools and custom scripts.
  • Cloud Design/Deployment/Administration/Automation experience (Azure, AWS, GCP).
  • Experience monitoring systems using tools like AppDynamics, PRTG, Splunk, and writing health checks.
  • Troubleshooting builds & deployments of applications developed in varied technologies from desktop to web and cloud-based applications via Atlassian Bamboo & BitBucket.
  • Ability to configure, monitor, maintain, and deploy services and applications on WebLogic, Tomcat, TIBCO, and AWS.

Nice-to-haves

  • Knowledge of Git based source control platforms, primarily BitBucket and GitLab.
  • Familiarity with Business Process Improvement, Problem Management/Preventive Maintenance, and Analytical & Conceptual Problem Solving.
  • Experience in Agile/SCRUM methodologies.
