We are looking for an Analyst I, Quality Control to join our dedicated Quality team. The Analyst I, Quality Control (QC) performs, as assigned, in-process and final product testing of DiscGenics products adhering to good documentation practices to ensure data integrity and traceability. This role interacts with all levels of the organization in a collaborative and positive way with colleagues to facilitate department and organizational initiatives for cultural cohesion aligned to the DiscGenics Values. The Analyst I will demonstrate a high level of proficiency with, and ability to troubleshoot, multiple raw material chemistry and cell culture test assays and instrumentation including cell-based potency assays, cell culture, ELISA, etc. The role also involves performing routine maintenance and calibration for QC laboratory equipment, training on SOPs and work instructions for current and future laboratory operations, and receiving and maintaining traceability of test samples, reagents, and materials per approved procedures. Other duties may be assigned as necessary.
