About the position

The position involves providing support and assistance in the establishment of new specifications and changes, particularly in the context of quality control (QC) testing within a pharmaceutical environment. The role requires adherence to established procedures and compliance with regulatory guidelines, while also identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements in collaboration with QC leaders.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and assistance in the establishment of new and proposed specification changes, including creation and revision of PQS documentation.
• Follow established procedures in supporting CLO activities required in support of QC testing, including sample shipment coordination, PO generation, and escalation of CMO and customer complaints or investigations.
• Assist the Senior Manager in identifying opportunities for improving efficiency by working with QC leaders and CCI action owners to define project milestones and track deliverables.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all work activities.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintain compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) regulatory guidelines.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent vocational or technical training; Associate's degree in a relevant scientific discipline preferred.
• 1-2 years' related pharmaceutical experience including experience in a regulated environment.
• Knowledge of cGMP standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and QC systems.
