About the position

The Analyst II, Technology Operations - Marketplace returns fraud and abuse role focuses on overseeing and driving audit findings and risk remediation efforts within the Mp SFF Fraud and Abuse team. This individual contributor position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement risk mitigation strategies, ensuring timely resolution of identified issues, and leading holistic remediation across the enterprise. The role requires effective communication of returns risk to stakeholders and the execution of remediation plans to address enterprise risk and audit findings.

Responsibilities

• Create and drive comprehensive risk remediation plans to address audit findings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure effective execution of remediation efforts.
• Continuously track progress of remediation efforts and measure performance against established goals.
• Provide regular updates on the status of remediation projects to senior management and stakeholders.
• Evaluate proposed solutions to ensure they meet risk mitigation expectations.
• Provide technical support and serve as a technology risk subject matter expert.
• Acquire knowledge of risk trends and develop insights to share with leadership.
• Analyze findings to prioritize requirements for holistic risk remediation.
• Influence technical teams to prioritize risk remediation efforts.
• Guide and mentor team members in delivering technology assurance services.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area.
• 2 years' experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.

Nice-to-haves

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field and 3 years experience in project management, business analysis, support operations management, or related area.
• Experience managing feedback/enhancement programs in a cross-functional environment.
