About the position
The Data Analyst III position at BakerRipley is focused on enhancing the agency's reporting processes and supporting evaluation needs to demonstrate and improve the impact on individual and family outcomes. This role involves managing and analyzing data from multiple sources, collaborating with various teams, and leading a community of practice for data management across the organization. The analyst will create dashboards and visualizations to facilitate data-informed decision-making and improve program effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Support and update agency reporting processes, including automation of data aggregation and digitization of reporting deliverables.
- Create new reporting deliverables based on program and leadership needs.
- Collaborate with program and support divisions and leadership when creating and redesigning reports.
- Lead the Data Analyst Group, a Community of Practice for staff managing program data across divisions.
- Create a calendar of meeting activities that incorporates shared learning and networking opportunities.
- Engage and build relationships between meetings using Teams and individual connections.
- Support the implementation of the agency's program data strategy.
- Work with programs to understand data needs and coordinate with IT for data collection solutions.
- Create dashboards and data visualization tools to communicate program impact.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience with Excel and Python for advanced statistical analysis and ETL/data manipulation.
- Experience with Power BI and Tableau for data visualization, dashboards, and reporting.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
