About the position

The Senior Analyst, Influencer Marketing, is responsible for leading the development and execution of influencer marketing programs across various brands. This hybrid role involves coordinating influencer activities, assessing requests, managing activations, and building relationships with creators. The analyst will also contribute to cultural innovation in marketing efforts and consult with stakeholders on influencer strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the key point of contact for inbound influencer marketing requests, assessing creator alignment with brands.
  • Identify and evaluate new opportunities to activate creators by staying updated on social trends, emerging talents, and cultural moments.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key and emerging talent, creating a roster across relevant verticals.
  • Educate corporate and hotel-level teams on optimizing influencer campaigns through best practices, playbooks, and toolkits.
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders (influencers, creators, talent) and internal teams (Social, Properties, Paid, Brand Marketing, Communications, etc.) to create impactful influencer campaigns.
  • Support influencer outreach through tools, agencies, and properties, aligning talent needs with business objectives.
  • Manage inbound influencer marketing activities, including measurement, benchmark establishment, and reporting.
  • Oversee logistical needs for influencer programs, including booking accommodations, travel, and payment.
  • Assist with influencer gifting initiatives, ensuring FTC-compliant messaging.
  • Develop creative strategies and presentations for key stakeholders, demonstrating a deep understanding of brand audiences and recommending aligned creators.

Requirements

  • Ability to evaluate talent based on brand fit and alignment.
  • Experience in influencer or talent management.
  • Passion for digital and social media channels.
  • Proven track record in maintaining and leading relationships with influencers, agents, and publicists.
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to build partnerships in a matrixed environment.
  • Creative problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering innovative ideas.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
  • Integrity, flexibility, and initiative in all work.
  • 1-3 years of professional experience, preferably in social or digital media.
  • Direct experience in influencer space or related campaign development.
  • Campaign management and execution experience.
  • Experience working with internal and external partners and agencies.

Nice-to-haves

  • Management experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS).
  • Familiarity with social media management, social listening, and analytics tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Khoros, Sprout, Brandwatch).
