About the position
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Instructional Designer to join our dynamic Learning and Development team. As an Instructional Designer at ArchWell Health, you will play a pivotal role in developing and delivering high-quality learning solutions that enhance the knowledge and skills of our clinical and non-clinical healthcare professionals. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Senior Instructional Designer and Learning Architect to develop content aligned with design blueprints to meet business and organizational goals.
- Design, develop, and support implementation of engaging, interactive, and effective learning materials, including e-learning modules, instructor-led training, job aids, infographics, and multimedia assets.
- Utilize instructional design methodologies, adult learning principles, and best practices to create impactful learning experiences.
- Apply creativity and innovation to ensure the content is engaging, relevant, and learner centric.
- Incorporate cutting-edge instructional technologies and digital tools to enhance the learning experience.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project deadlines.
- Set and communicate realistic deadlines and goals to team members and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Subject Matter Experts, Improvement Advisors, Operations Leaders, Trainers, Instructional Designers, Project Managers, and others, to develop and deliver high-quality learning solutions.
- Continuously evaluate and improve instructional materials and programs based on learner feedback, performance KPIs, Training ROI analysis, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
- Stay current with instructional design trends, e-learning technologies, and industry best practices.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of instructional design methodologies, adult learning principles, and learning technology.
- Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, Adobe Captivate, or similar.
- Experience with graphic design and multimedia development tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite or Camtasia.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently or as a team to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations and compliance requirements is a plus.
