About the position

As an Analyst IT, you will perform a variety of activities related to the analysis, evaluation, building, programming, testing, correcting, implementing, operating, or supporting existing and planned IT products and processes. You will work under the general direction of more experienced personnel, allowing you to expand and apply your knowledge of customer processes to your job activities. This role is ideal for entry-level candidates who are looking to grow their careers in IT within a supportive and innovative environment. In this position, you will be responsible for performing and documenting work activities related to the analysis, evaluation, building, testing, or implementing planned IT software solutions and processes. You will also enhance, maintain, or support existing products and processes as per defined service level agreements. Your ability to acquire and apply business and IT knowledge will be crucial, as you will need to organize your activities for short-term projects under the guidance of experienced personnel. Additionally, you will gain product experience and technical skills through your assigned role and training, ensuring adherence to standards as outlined in the management model. Utilizing best practices to improve products and services will also be a key aspect of your role.

Responsibilities

  • Perform and document work activities related to analysis, evaluation, building, testing, or implementing planned IT software solutions and processes.
  • Enhance, maintain, or support existing products and processes as per defined service level agreements.
  • Acquire and apply business/IT knowledge relevant to job activities.
  • Organize own activities for short-term projects under the direction of experienced personnel and report on status.
  • Gain product experience and technical skills through assigned role and training.
  • Ensure adherence to standards as outlined in the management model and utilize best practices to improve products and services.

Requirements

  • Typically 0-2 years of experience in related fields such as financial, application, and customer support.
  • Technical skills in Power BI, Microsoft Excel, and general financial principles.
  • Ability to understand and communicate customer issues effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science preferred.
