Responsibilities

  • Design, manage, and deliver Travel Rewards Programs for American Airlines
  • Collaborate with business partners to enhance joint offerings
  • Work with cross-functional teams (IT, Analytics, Finance, Sales, etc.) on program tasks like user stories, iteration planning, reporting, and customer communications
  • Support daily operations of Loyalty programs, including data exchange, tracking, and reconciliation
  • Identify system gaps and implement process improvements
  • Lead strategic planning, valuations, and execution with third-party tech providers
  • Promote a customer-focused, data-driven culture to improve user behavior insights
  • Collaborate with tech providers to monitor and optimize platform performance
  • Automate dashboards, manage budgets/forecasts, and provide performance reports to senior management
  • Travel up to 25%.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience/training
  • 2-3 years of related experience

Nice-to-haves

  • Airline/travel experience
  • Knowledge of AAdvantage loyalty program
  • Knowledge of airline ticketing policies/procedures, tariffs/taxes
  • Familiarization with Customer Program data
  • Experience in product management and/or strategy/development experience, data analysis
