The Analyst position at Huron focuses on supporting clients in the healthcare sector by analyzing data, implementing effective processes, and driving results. Responsibilities

• Analyze quantitative and qualitative data and communicate synthesized results to senior internal team members.
• Collaborate with internal team members to present key takeaways and proactively communicate project updates.
• Organize overall project logistics and engage with colleagues across the Healthcare industry.
• Develop innovative methodologies to better serve clients and attend regular client meetings to identify and analyze key metrics.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of healthcare billing and coding practices, particularly in Acute/Ambulatory Clinics.
• Ability to handle routine financial transactions and data entry related to billing and coding.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and audits.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively with a team.
• Proven problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in a fast-paced, professional environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office products.

• Willingness and ability to travel to client sites as needed.
• Experience with revenue cycle EHR software.
