About the position

The Medley Analyst Rotational Program at LivCor is designed for early-career professionals to gain a comprehensive understanding of the multifamily investment and asset management industry. Participants will rotate through various functional teams, including Debt Capital Markets, Financial Planning & Analysis, and Investments, to learn the entire real estate investment life cycle. The program aims to develop strategic professionals who can contribute to LivCor's mission of enhancing the value of real estate while fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Gain exposure to various functional teams including Debt Capital Markets, Financial Planning & Analysis, and Investments.
• Learn the fundamentals of multifamily financial analysis with the FP&A team.
• Support a range of projects that contribute to business growth during rotations.
• Participate in a comprehensive training curriculum covering technical skills and industry education.
• Build relationships with fellow Analysts, team leaders, and mentors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree expected between December 2024 and June 2025, preferably in Accounting, Business, Economics, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
