The Centralized Managed Support Operations (CMSO) team is at the forefront of this mission, providing mission-critical services that enhance reliability, intelligence, and efficiency for our customers while delivering exceptional experiences and outcomes. We are currently seeking an Operations Excellence Analyst to join our team. This role is pivotal in optimizing our operations by analyzing challenges that may arise from people, processes, or tools. The analyst will provide actionable insights to executives through comprehensive data analysis and visualization. The position requires a holistic approach to evaluate operational challenges, uncovering underlying patterns and root causes of inefficiencies. The analyst will respond to executive requests with data-driven insights into operational performance and customer escalations, translating complex data into easily understandable visualizations that communicate actionable recommendations. In addition to data analysis, the Operations Excellence Analyst will collaborate with Business Operations teams to create and refine dashboards that provide actionable insights. The role also involves offering strategic and operational recommendations based on thorough data analysis, identifying opportunities for improvement across various operational facets. The analyst will assess the effectiveness of existing tools and technologies, recommending enhancements or new tools to streamline workflows and improve productivity. Furthermore, the analyst will prepare and deliver executive-level presentations that effectively communicate complex data findings and recommendations, serving as a trusted advisor to executives.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate operational challenges to discern if they are rooted in people, processes or tools, employing a holistic approach.
  • Conduct comprehensive data analysis to uncover underlying patterns and root causes of inefficiencies.
  • Respond to executive requests by providing data-driven insights into operational performance or customer escalations.
  • Translate data analysis into visualizations that are easy to understand and communicate actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with Business Operations teams to create and fine-tune dashboards to provide more actionable insights.
  • Offer strategic and operational recommendations based on thorough data analysis, identifying opportunities for improvement in people, processes and tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize initiatives that will have the greatest impact on operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Assess the effectiveness of existing tools and technologies in supporting operational objectives and recommend enhancements or new tools.
  • Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations that effectively communicate complex data analysis visualizations, findings and recommendations.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to executives, providing actionable insights and guidance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 10 years of applicable experience in a related field.
  • Proven experience in data analysis and interpretation, with the ability to distill complex information into actionable insights for executives.
  • Strong understanding of operational processes and methodologies and how they translate into data and metrics.
  • Experience with ITSM tools and systems like Salesforce, ServiceNow, and Purecloud to analyze calls, cases, and tickets.
  • Advanced presentation skills using PowerPoint or Google Slides and data mining skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
