The Analyst will support the Director of Operation Programs Regulatory Compliance and the Flight Division team. This role is crucial in ensuring that our operations adhere to regulatory compliance standards and that we maintain the highest level of operational integrity. The Analyst will work closely with the Director and various stakeholders within Operations to oversee a comprehensive portfolio of Operations Programs. This includes proactively capturing, tracking, and managing a thorough list of applicable regulatory compliance activities and timelines. The Analyst will also support the oversight, maintenance, and revision of Operations Specifications Parts A, B, and C, ensuring that all documentation is up to date and compliant with regulatory standards. In addition, the Analyst will develop and maintain dashboards, models, schedules, and analyses using various tools and techniques to support operations regulatory compliance activities. This role will also involve supporting quality audits and evaluations, receiving stakeholder feedback, and coordinating follow-up activities to foster continuous improvement. The Analyst will monitor and track business developments that may impact operations regulatory compliance and will define standardized reporting packages and dashboards to facilitate strategic communication with stakeholders. Furthermore, the Analyst will independently run projects or modules of larger projects and liaise with regulatory authorities and relevant external entities as required. The position also entails creating reports and presentations for senior leadership and performing other duties as assigned or directed.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (focused on a quantitative discipline, e.g. Economics, Business, Engineering, Mathematics, etc.) or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools.
  • Advanced communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • MS or MBA degree or equivalent industry experience.
  • Aviation background is preferred.
  • Experience managing projects.
  • Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to spot trends and make recommendations based on data and analysis.
  • Well organized and able to work independently.
