About the position

The Analyst, People Operations Coordinator at Community Federal Savings Bank (CFSB) plays a crucial role in supporting the organization's talent acquisition and employee engagement efforts. This position involves maintaining People Operations records, coordinating interviews, and assisting with various HR functions to enhance the employee experience and organizational culture.

Responsibilities

  • Maintains accurate and up-to-date People Ops files, records, and documents, ensuring their integrity and confidentiality.
  • Reviews and screens resumes.
  • Coordinates interviews with hiring manager(s).
  • Answers frequently asked questions from applicants and employees regarding policies, benefits, and hiring processes.
  • Refers complex questions to appropriate senior-level People Ops colleagues or management.
  • Performs periodic audits of files and records to ensure all required documents are collected and filed appropriately.
  • Provides clerical support to the People Ops department.
  • Assists with payroll matters when necessary.
  • Acts as a liaison between the organization and external benefits providers and vendors.
  • Conducts or assists with new hire orientation.
  • Assists with planning and execution of special events such as benefit enrollment, organization-wide meetings, employee recognition events, and holiday parties.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of corporate/administrative experience is a must.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn payroll management, HRIS, and similar computer applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and strong multi-tasking abilities.

Nice-to-haves

  • Familiarity with promoting on professional/social media platforms such as LinkedIn and Twitter.
