About the position

The Analyst, Platform Operations will play a crucial role in the Marketing Operations-Platform team, focusing on delivering key marketing data capabilities for audience segmentation and management. This position requires proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to manage operational processes and projects effectively.

Responsibilities

• Partner with global marketers, data analysts, and engineers to translate lifecycle messaging strategies into clear requirements.
• Serve as the main conduit between internal lifecycle marketing teams and product management or technical vendor teams.
• Collaborate with technical teams to analyze trade-offs between usability and performance needs.
• Create documentation with the right level of detail for stakeholders.
• Drive data quality improvement through process enhancement and regular audits.
• Document technical requirements focusing on data attributes and schemas.
• Assist in testing efforts and preparations.
• Coordinate work streams to identify dependencies and track progress.
• Execute non-technical special projects as needed.
• Support Marketing Operations initiatives and prepare reports and documentation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in business analysis or product management, preferably in an agency setting.
• Strong teamwork and leadership skills with excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Attention to detail with the ability to identify issues and implement solutions.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and working knowledge of Jira/Confluence.
• Understanding of SDLC and ability to perform multiple roles such as business analyst and project manager.
