About the position

Verint Systems, Inc. is seeking a Pricing Operations Analyst to support business analytics and pricing operations. This role is crucial in helping define and deliver Verint's pricing strategy, working closely with various departments including Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Legal, Sales Administration, Information Technology, Sales Operations, and Finance. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and a collaborative team member, focused on achieving the firm's financial and business objectives in a fast-paced environment. The Pricing Operations Analyst will be responsible for the new item creation process in collaboration with IT and Finance, maintaining and communicating global pricing changes, and producing pricing enablement content to keep Sales and Auditors informed of the latest updates. Additionally, the analyst will document and communicate product offerings and capabilities, and participate in or lead ad hoc pricing projects.

Responsibilities

  • Support the new item creation process with IT and Finance.
  • Maintain, communicate, test, and publish global pricing changes including regional and partner price books.
  • Produce quarterly pricing enablement content for Sales and Auditors.
  • Document and communicate product offerings and capabilities clearly.
  • Participate in and lead ad hoc pricing projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in Pricing, Product Marketing, Product Management, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Power BI, Tableau, Salesforce, and Oracle.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects across global time zones.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Demonstrated empathetic listening, understanding, and solutioning skills.
  • Experience in collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data from qualitative and quantitative sources.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a Matrix organization.
  • Strong oral, written, and presentation skills.
