As a Consumer AI Experience Product Manager at Mphasis, you will play a pivotal role in developing innovative AI experiences across our Consumer Personal Systems products. This position is particularly focused on leveraging new generative AI applications and next-generation hardware acceleration to enhance our product offerings. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders and engineers to define core platform products and critical features that will drive our success in the market. This is a broad role that encompasses various facets, including engaging with startups, designing user research initiatives, and working with diverse stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle to deliver breakthrough innovations. In this role, you will be responsible for navigating a complex landscape of teams and applications, including R&D, sales, support, and marketing. You will not only capture requirements but also proactively envision AI solutions and opportunities, build concise business cases, and identify constraints and solutions to overcome challenging obstacles. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional product development teams will be essential to ensure that our products and solutions meet experience objectives and are delivered on time. You will also conduct competitive analysis against top industry players to ensure our product lineup remains differentiated and competitive. While coding is not a primary expectation, having prior hands-on experience in data science or software engineering will be highly valued. Familiarity with generative AI and large language models, as well as a comfort level in studying and evaluating emerging technologies, will be crucial for success in this role. Additionally, your skills in meeting facilitation and management will help drive meetings and reach out to stakeholders across the organization to accomplish objectives effectively. You should be well-versed in standard agile methodologies and tools such as Azure DevOps or JIRA, and possess an aptitude for clear and concise written documentation, utilizing tools like Confluence to simplify complex information.
