NBCUniversal is seeking a motivated Analyst for Product & Revenue Analytics to join our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) portfolio. This role is pivotal in driving product and user strategy through user-level analytics, advertising optimization, and performance reporting for all NBCU Entertainment Apps, including NBC, Bravo, USA, SyFy, E!, Oxygen, and Telemundo. As part of a dynamic team, you will work with a powerhouse collection of consumer-first brands supported by industry leaders Comcast, NBCUniversal, and Sky, powering streaming across more than 70 countries globally. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, delivering impactful data solutions and insights that drive strategic decisions. In this role, you will analyze complex data sets using SQL to develop actionable insights for stakeholders, conduct incremental lift analysis, and A/B testing. You will be responsible for building and maintaining standardized reporting for multiple groups, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of daily, weekly, and monthly readouts. Tracking product performance and providing insights on engagement and retention will be key responsibilities, along with creating requirements for new data sources and ETLs for new dashboards as necessary. You will also track KPIs and ROI on business initiatives through deep-dive analysis, applying statistics and product knowledge to analyze product experimentation. Collaboration is essential in this role, as you will partner closely with the Data Engineering team to provide technical support, define use cases, and guide key engineering decisions. Additionally, you will play an important role in internal data governance by setting goals, communicating the roadmap, tracking progress, and ensuring quality assurance for tables and dashboards. Effective communication is crucial, as you will present findings through presentations and syndicated reports, ensuring that both technical and non-technical audiences understand the insights derived from the data.
