About the position

The Analyst, Quality Systems at HelloFresh is responsible for managing and improving various brand-specific processes, tools, and systems that impact the quality of the entire Supply Chain. This role requires strong analytical and organizational skills, a keen interest in data-driven decision-making, and a natural ownership instinct. The position offers an opportunity to make a significant impact on the food supply chain and how people eat.

Responsibilities

  • Own, execute, manage, support, and improve brand-specific processes, tools, and systems.
  • Act as the primary subject-matter-expert for responsibilities, maintaining a strong understanding of relevant inputs, outputs, structures, and process flows.
  • Respond to questions, issues, and analysis requests from the Continuous Improvement team and other teams.
  • Work towards improving quality performance and anticipate supply chain or distribution center obstacles.
  • Implement processes to enhance communication, documentation, review and approval processes, error reduction, and ingredient quality.
  • Collaborate with various teams across all brands, including DC Operations, production technology, food safety, nutrition, content management, and menu planning.
  • Evaluate opportunities to improve business outcomes, efficiency, and strategy.
  • Refine tools, analysis, and presentation techniques to adapt to an expanding business and evolving Supply Chain technology.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of relevant work experience in an analytical capacity.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Economics, Business Analytics, Finance, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Excellent quantitative and analytical skills for data gathering, organization, analysis, visualization, and presentation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, with a preference for automation capabilities.
  • Competence in data wrangling to deliver outputs that enable better decision-making.
  • Experience with SQL and Tableau in a professional or academic environment is desired.
  • Knowledge of a high-level programming language (e.g., Python) is welcome but not required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Grafana and Snowflake is a plus.
