The Analyst will synthesize key takeaways from analyses, present recommended actions, and influence change within the organization. Effective project and stakeholder management is crucial, as the Analyst will lead working sessions, mentor team members, and prioritize tasks based on business needs. The role also emphasizes mentorship, where the Analyst will provide direction and support to colleagues, establishing themselves as a subject matter expert within the team. The position requires a Bachelor's degree and 6 to 8 years of relevant experience, with a Master's degree preferred. Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences. Experience in healthcare and/or revenue cycle is also preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead complex analysis by aggregating data across multiple data sources using advanced analytics tools such as Excel, SQL, and Tableau.
  • Continuously learn new technical capabilities and recommend how they can be leveraged.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for data retrieval across multiple databases.
  • Evaluate the business impact of various efforts by building complex analytical models and determining variable assumptions.
  • Troubleshoot issues and perform quality control on errors as a team resource.

Requirements

  • 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field of study.
  • Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills, including complex analytical modeling and insight generation.
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas in a simple manner to a range of audiences.
