About the position

The Revenue Cycle Analyst - Finance I is responsible for providing financial and analytical support for the Corporation. This role involves collecting and maintaining data, supporting and recommending business decisions using financial and cost data, and interpreting vendor contracts and healthcare data to promote budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provides analytical support related to revenue cycle vendor relationships to all levels of the organization.
• Assists Revenue Cycle departments in third-party vendor onboarding.
• Ensures that third-party vendor contracts are reviewed, and invoicing is done per contract.
• Coordinates with multiple departments to ensure that Revenue Cycle-related vendors are paid timely.
• Assists Controller of Revenue Operations in managing and maintaining divisional budgets.
• Active involvement in the month-end close process for the Revenue Cycle division.
• Completes assigned tasks.

Requirements

• Preferred: MBA
• Minimum: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Preferred: Experience in healthcare finance, decision support or managed care. In depth knowledge of healthcare contract language.
• Minimum: Five or more years experience in a healthcare role.
• Minimum: Excellent communication skills and demonstrated ability to interact with multiple levels within an organization.
• Minimum: MS Word expertise, MS Excel, including using pivot table and slicers.
