About the position

The RGM Analyst at Revlon plays a crucial role in supporting the Revenue Growth Management (RGM) and Business Development team through comprehensive data analysis, reporting, and the execution of key initiatives. This position involves close collaboration with senior management to analyze promotional effectiveness, track trade spending, and maintain essential dashboards and tools, ultimately contributing to actionable insights that drive business success.

Responsibilities

• Gather, cleanse, and analyze sales, pricing, and promotional data to support the RGM team's initiatives
• Identify trends and anomalies in data, providing insights and recommendations
• Assist in development and maintenance of Power BI dashboards to track and visualize key metrics
• Support the implementation of new systems and tools, including the Trade Promotion Management system
• Train sales teams and other stakeholders in RGM systems and tools
• Assist in validation to ensure accuracy and consistency

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in an analytical role, preferably within the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Strong communication skills
• Experience with syndicated data sources (Nielsen, IRI)
• Familiarity with RGM concepts
