About the position

The Revenue Operations Analyst will focus on maximizing yield, reaching client KPIs, and delivering on digital campaign commitments. This role involves partnering with Sales, Account Strategy/Client Services, and AdOps to drive the success of advertising campaigns through data-driven insights. The analyst will create pacing reports, shape sales proposals, approve media plans, handle pricing exceptions, and monitor live campaigns, specializing in the Health and Finance vertical to develop best practices for industry-specific challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Work with sales teams on all proposals including initial brainstorm with group to review RFP and suggest ad packages to meet client KPI's
  • Check inventory availability and/or suggest appropriate inventory that is available and will meet objectives
  • Interact closely with account strategy and client services to build media plans that achieve client objectives at the appropriate price
  • Review IOs for accuracy and all terms/conditions
  • Monitor all sold/running campaigns to ensure proper set-up and delivery vs. 3rd party reporting
  • Optimize campaigns throughout the lifecycle to meet both KPI's and benchmarks
  • Conduct ad-hoc performance analysis (CTR, viewability, etc.) of sites, ad units, placements, etc.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent training and/or experience
  • 1+ years of professional experience in an analytics capacity within digital advertising, media, marketing, or ad tech
  • Proficiency in Excel, Doubleclick, Google Ad Manager, and Order Management Systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
