About the position

The Revenue Operations Analyst will focus on maximizing yield, reaching client KPIs, and delivering on digital campaign commitments. This role involves collaboration with Sales, Account Strategy/Client Services, and AdOps to drive the success of advertising campaigns through data-driven insights. Responsibilities include creating pacing reports, shaping sales proposals, approving media plans, handling pricing exceptions, and monitoring live campaigns, particularly in the Health and Finance vertical.

Responsibilities

  • Work with sales teams on all proposals including initial brainstorm with group to review RFP and suggest ad packages to meet client KPI's
  • Check inventory availability and/or suggest appropriate inventory that is available and will meet objectives
  • Interact closely with account strategy and client services to build media plans that achieve client objectives
  • Review IOs for accuracy and all terms/conditions
  • Monitor all sold/running campaigns to ensure proper set-up and delivery vs. 3rd party reporting
  • Optimize campaigns throughout the lifecycle to meet KPI's and benchmarks
  • Conduct ad-hoc performance analysis (CTR, viewability, etc.) of sites, ad units, placements, etc.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent training and/or experience
  • 1+ years of professional experience in an analytics capacity within digital advertising, media, marketing, or ad tech
  • Proficiency in Excel, Doubleclick, Google Ad Manager, Order Management Systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders
  • Team player with a collaborative approach
  • Creative problem solver with data analysis skills
  • Detail-oriented and organized
