About the position

As an Analyst in Revenue Operations at Intelliswift Software Inc., you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's vision to simplify and innovate the customer experience. This position is centered around managing global quote-to-cash business processes, ensuring that our customers can conduct business seamlessly. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to customer account management, business consultation, contract validation, order processing, and invoice creation. You will perform complex validations of revenue transactions sourced through multiple selling channels, ensuring compliance with product rules and revenue standards. Additionally, you will execute work in compliance with SOX controls, partnering with internal and external auditors to ensure the integrity of control design and execution. You will also act as a steward and knowledge expert over customer information related to contracting and order management, leveraging this knowledge to provide business recommendations that enhance customer experience outcomes. Monitoring automated transactions through various tools and technology solutions will be part of your responsibilities, as will providing escalation support for external customers and cross-functional teams. Your role will involve championing the scaling of the business through automation, identifying opportunities for improvement, and collaborating with technical teams to develop and implement solutions. You will operationalize strategic plans for new product offerings, ensuring smooth integration and business continuity during transitions. Furthermore, you will design and execute reports to support various operational needs, maintaining essential documentation for the role, including job procedures and onboarding materials.

Responsibilities

  • Support all activities related to customer account management, business consultation, contract validation and execution, order processing, invoice creation, usage metering, and provisioning products.
  • Perform complex validations of revenue transactions sourced through multiple selling channels, ensuring alignment with product rules, revenue standards, and compliance policies.
  • Execute work in compliance with SOX controls, including drafting controls, narratives, memos, and process documents, and partner with internal and external auditors on audits.
  • Act as a steward and knowledge expert over customer information related to contracting, order management, and provisioning, providing business recommendations for optimal customer experience outcomes.
  • Monitor automated transactions through various tools and technology solutions, reviewing logs and system reporting to manage errors.
  • Provide escalation support for external customers, sales, customer service, product management, product marketing, finance, and legal, serving as a subject matter expert to drive issues to resolution.
  • Champion scaling the business through automation by identifying ideas, building proposals, and partnering with technical teams for development and testing.
  • Operationalize strategic plans for new product offerings and routes to market, executing against defined integration strategies for acquired companies.
  • Design and execute reports to support accuracy reconciliation, capacity planning, work completion, and other ad hoc requests.
  • Create and maintain essential documentation, including job procedures, corporate policies, process flows, and new hire onboarding documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or regional equivalent.
  • 2-5 years of experience in a similarly related role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

  • Critical thinking skills to solve unique challenges.
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet crucial deadlines.
