About the position

The Analyst, Revenue Strategy will provide essential support to the Enterprise DDM and Agency Sales Team by delivering key reporting, forecasting, and analysis to drive revenue growth. This role involves collaborating with various teams to enhance reporting capabilities and support strategic planning efforts, ensuring the sales team is well-equipped to meet their goals.

Responsibilities

  • Delivering daily/weekly reporting, pacing, forecasting, and general revenue trends to the larger team and Senior Management Team.
  • Assisting in annual strategy planning and goal setting to ensure the sales team is set up for success.
  • Conducting ongoing RFP analysis for all advertisers within a designated sales vertical to understand client needs and solutions.
  • Instituting and maintaining methodologies for tracking qualitative data on deal outcomes and conducting win-rate analytics.
  • Supporting revenue projection reporting needs for Enterprise Sales and General Manager, including breakdowns by site, advertiser, and transaction channel.
  • Partnering with the digital sales systems team to build reporting capabilities, including dashboards and data visualization tools.
  • Building templates and reporting to consolidate sales team performance and revenue outlook.
  • Providing competitive and marketplace analysis to identify gaps and opportunities for revenue growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience required.
  • 1-2 years' experience in an analytics role within digital advertising, media, marketing, finance, or ad tech.
  • Understanding of data collection and sharing mechanisms.
  • Excellent analytical skills with expertise in Excel and pivot tables.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM tools and related sales systems.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Sisense is a plus.
  • Comfortable using G-Suite (Gmail, Sheets, Slides, etc.).
  • Passion for analyzing data and storytelling for internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to translate business data needs into reporting requirements in a fast-paced environment.
  • Capable of identifying opportunities to streamline processes and develop efficiencies.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Sisense.
