About The Position
We are seeking a dynamic Analyst to join our team and play a pivotal role in monitoring and analyzing key metrics across our business unit. This role will be responsible for interpreting and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), service-level agreements (SLAs), analyzing partner scorecards, and summarizing key findings to team leads.
