The Sales Operations role at Edwards Lifesciences is focused on providing analytical support to enhance the sales organization's effectiveness. Responsibilities

  • Provide field support with reporting and analytics needs across various levels of the sales organization.
  • Design, develop, and maintain reporting tools and dashboards, translating business requirements into accurate insights.
  • Troubleshoot and debug existing dashboards/reports.
  • Create and maintain documentation on new and existing dashboards and data-related processes.
  • Interview and survey sales team to investigate and identify best practices and business trends.
  • Prioritize projects aligned with the strategic objectives of the US THV Sales team.
  • Monitor usage and adoption via server insights.
  • Manage server user and group management, permissions, and data security.
  • Assess sales achievement and other key metrics by integrating quantitative and qualitative data.
  • Interpret analyses, draw conclusions, and prepare presentations on findings for sales management.
  • Generate standardized reports on sales information to track growth objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for innovations in sales tools and develop specifications for approved tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to develop tailored solutions for business challenges.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • 3 years previous analytical experience including spreadsheets, database management systems, and word processing.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI.
  • Familiarity with CRM applications such as SalesForce.
  • Proven expertise in MS Excel and proficiency in MS Office.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good knowledge of analytics and sales strategies.
  • Understanding of relational databases and SQL knowledge.
  • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in metrics and reporting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and in teams based on project needs.
