About the position

The Analyst, Salesforce Operations at Florida Virtual School is responsible for implementing, supporting, and maintaining Salesforce systems. This role involves collaborating with business sponsors and end users to analyze requests for changes, execute effective solutions, and provide ongoing training and support. The position aims to enhance the user experience and optimize the use of Salesforce within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Meet with internal stakeholders to gather project requirements
  • Implement project requirements in collaboration with Global Operations team leadership
  • Develop and maintain approvals, validation rules, workflow rules, flows, and processes
  • Support Global Salesforce settings including hierarchies, profiles, permission sets, user credentials, and naming conventions
  • Customize and create reporting and dashboards
  • Create and manage standard and custom objects, fields, formulas, and page layouts
  • Execute the modification and/or configuration of Salesforce to resolve issues and plan for future growth
  • Provide initial and ongoing training and support to business unit end users
  • Educate end users on Salesforce feature releases in order to maximize ROI
  • Collaborate with appropriate departments and customers to inform strategic direction for the implementation of new technologies to improve customer experience
  • Meet professional obligations through efficient work habits such as meeting deadlines and coordinating resources

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
  • Minimum of 2 years in Salesforce.com administration or consultant role preferably on Sales Cloud (Lightning UI required)
  • Some Salesforce development experience preferred
  • Demonstrable hands-on experience in Salesforce support processes
  • Experience working directly with end users, developers, director level personnel, and business sponsors
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple requests
