About the position

The Analyst, Strategy will support strategic growth initiatives for JetBlue Travel Products (JTP). This role involves collaborating with various teams to ensure alignment with business objectives, while acting as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders. The Analyst will prepare and deliver communications, conduct market analysis, and assist in evaluating new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with evaluations of the financial viability and strategic fit of new potential business opportunities.
  • Conduct market analysis and research to identify growth areas, competitiveness, and new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with department heads to implement strategic plans across the organization.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Aid in measuring and monitoring the progress and impact of JTP's cross-functional efforts.
  • Partner with Manager, Corporate Communications to deliver key strategic messages.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and provide collaborative recommendations.
  • Compile monthly business reports for ELT to deliver to JetBlue President, CEO and other relevant executives.
  • Coordinate and manage weekly ELT meetings.
  • Support all ELT members creating communication materials for select meetings.
  • Support ELT in weekly, quarterly and annual planning processes.
  • Coordinate the preparation of written documents and presentations for review by the team.
  • Report status and address project questions with the team and ELT.
  • Provide support to the People team on various culture initiatives.
  • Partner with the President of JTP on ad-hoc projects as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree; OR demonstrated capability to perform job responsibilities with a combination of a High School Diploma/GED and at least four (4) years of previous relevant work experience.
  • One (1) year of analytical experience, focusing on data-driven decision-making and business strategy optimization.
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite products.
  • Basic knowledge of budget processes or experience supporting project coordination.
  • Ability to identify, resolve, and escalate issues to appropriate teams.
  • Excellent problem solving and structured thinking skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Flexibility, openness to feedback, and willingness to learn new skills.
  • Ability to tailor communication style to different audiences.
