The Analyst - STP Administration will support the administration of substance testing programs, focusing on compliance with DOT and Non-DOT regulations. This role involves data analysis, reporting, and ensuring adherence to drug and alcohol testing policies within the airline industry. The analyst will work closely with various stakeholders to maintain accurate records and improve operational effectiveness.

  • Assist in all aspects of substance testing program administration.
  • Analyze various DOT and Non-DOT programs, including random, follow-up, return to duty, reasonable suspicion, and pre-employment.
  • Ensure compliant administration of the DOT drug and alcohol programs and adherence to company policies.
  • Audit and process drug and alcohol testing history checks for new hires and transfers into safety-sensitive roles.
  • Oversee the collection of required DOT paperwork for safety-sensitive new hires and transfers.
  • Research and respond to requests from other airlines for drug and alcohol testing records.
  • Fulfill data and analytics requests for key STP projects, including annual MIS reports and monthly trend reports.
  • Analyze resource utilization to improve operational effectiveness.
  • Partner with stakeholders to maintain standard monthly reports regarding STP activity.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports concerning all phases of the drug and alcohol programs.
  • Interact with service agents providing drug and alcohol testing services.
  • Complete mandated quality checks on services performed by service agents.
  • Assist with training and education sessions as needed.
  • Assist with DOT pre-employment testing for GSC training candidates.
  • Maintain technical knowledge to enhance process improvements.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Human Resource Management preferred, or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • Familiarity with workplace drug and alcohol testing programs or other regulated programs in the airline industry is a plus.
  • Ability to review and analyze data trends and issues to resolve challenges promptly.
  • Results-oriented with attention to detail and consistent follow-through.
  • Self-motivated and able to accomplish work objectives with or without direct supervision.
  • Ability to work with highly confidential information.
  • Intermediate skills in MS Office, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint required.
  • At least 2-4 years of direct professional-level experience.
  • Time management skills and ability to multi-task in a demanding environment.
