Analyst, Supply Chain Management & Systems

About the position

The Supply Chain Analyst position at Innova Solutions involves supporting the supply chain management process and systems within the cell therapy network. The role focuses on optimizing systems, developing reports and KPIs, implementing system enhancements, and collaborating with stakeholders to improve supply chain operations. The analyst will also participate in user acceptance testing and provide training to users on new software functionalities.

Responsibilities

• Support the supply chain management process, systems, and software functions for MRP, ERP, and data sources.
• Configure and optimize systems to meet business requirements and align with organizational objectives.
• Develop reports, exports, dashboards, and KPIs for data visualization and analysis.
• Implement system enhancements and fixes following project implementation guidelines.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize system enhancements and fixes.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing for system reliability and provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Lead or participate in project teams to implement new software solutions or processes.
• Continuously learn and apply business, technical, and software knowledge, sharing insights with users.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in applied science.
• 2+ years of relevant experience.
• 1+ years of experience with materials management and/or supply planning in cGMP operations.
• Strong experience in creating KPIs and metrics.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP.

Nice-to-haves

• APICS certification is a plus.
