Walgreens is seeking highly talented and career-minded professionals to join the Supply Chain Analyst Rotational Program (SCARP) at Walgreens Corporate Headquarters. This two-year program is designed for analysts to complete three rotations of eight months each, ultimately transitioning into a regular position with greater responsibility. SCARP aims to develop and grow analysts into well-rounded business professionals by providing a strong foundational education and training in Supply Chain management. The program is highly visible and supported by senior leaders within Walgreens Supply Chain, ensuring that participants receive the guidance and mentorship necessary for their professional growth. During the two-year program, analysts will rotate through various Supply Chain departments, including Inventory Management, Transportation, Master Data, Ecommerce, DC Operations, and Analytics. Each analyst will be assigned a SCARP mentor who will provide counsel throughout the program. The program offers extensive training during each rotation, focusing on the development of core competencies such as leadership, communication, and problem-solving, as well as technical competencies relevant to Walgreens, including supply planning, data analysis, and financial planning. Additionally, SCARP features a robust performance management process that emphasizes continuous development, preparing graduates for future leadership positions within the company as they advance their careers.
