About the position

The Veolia VWTS team is seeking a strong data analyst with Tableau design experience to assist with the design and development of Tableau dashboards to connect and visualize data. The successful candidate will support both logistics and plant operations for North America (NAM). This position is crucial for driving digital transformation within the organization and will involve collaboration with various departments including Fleet, Planning, and Manufacturing, as well as the extended NAM Logistics team. The candidate will be responsible for developing automated Tableau dashboards that provide customer self-service access to search and filter data. This functionality will enable users to quickly identify opportunities for cost savings and process optimization with minimal effort. The role will report directly to the Supply Chain Data and Analytics Lead and is based in the Trevose/Horizon, PA location, with an option for remote work. Key responsibilities include interviewing internal customers to understand their data needs, developing dashboards that meet those needs, and supporting both Logistics and Manufacturing Tableau dashboard requests based on defined priorities. The analyst will also run reports and interface with Production, Logistics, and Planning to ensure timely completion and release of dashboarding projects. Additionally, the role involves identifying and reacting to both short-term and long-term data and analytic plans by collaborating with management to define the digital strategy. This position may also include other duties and special projects as necessary for team operations.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Tableau dashboards for digital transformation and reporting.
• Interview internal customers to understand their data needs and develop dashboards accordingly.
• Support both Logistics and Manufacturing Tableau dashboard requests based on defined priorities.
• Report directly to the Supply Chain Data and Analytics Lead and support assigned projects.
• Run reports and interface with Production, Logistics, and Planning to ensure timely completion of dashboarding projects.
• Identify and react to short-term and long-term data and analytic plans by working with management to define digital strategy.
• Collaborate with core team members to scope out and define digital data needs for dashboarding projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in supply chain/business.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in data analytics and digital tools, such as Tableau, Click View, or Power BI applications.
• Minimum 2-3 years of SAP experience with data analytics.
• Working knowledge of digital visualization tools, like Tableau and Power BI.
