About the position

Visa is seeking an Analyst, Talent Acquisition Program Management to be a member of the Visa Global Talent Acquisition team. This individual will be responsible for driving best-in-class program management for Visa's Early Careers, Rotational programs, and initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to aid Visa in optimizing and upskilling all the Talent Acquisition teams across the globe. The role involves co-leading mid-rotation check-ins with managers, owning the relationship with the Associate Committee to drive fiscal year priority project work, and managing the development and maintenance of the rotation proposal portal. Additionally, the Analyst will manage the delivery of site-based location expansion, drive the integration of moving performance reviews into Workday, and execute and maintain the mentorship program. The Analyst will also lead the execution of Orientation and Development Weeks, which includes schedule creation, vendor management, collaborating with Visa University for the orientation soft launch week, facilitator follow-up, and debriefing. They will support the creation of program surveys and recap decks, evaluate program outcomes, and analyze the health of the programs, identifying areas of opportunity in the form of a yearly readout. Essential functions of the role include partnering with key stakeholders across Talent Acquisition to assist in the design, build, and execution of innovative and strategic programs, ensuring consistency on a global scale. The Analyst will manage project plans related to short and long-term program Talent Acquisition strategies, assist in project execution by working with key stakeholders, and provide key communications while holding project teams accountable to timelines and deliverables. They will participate in creating overall program and project scope, timing, risks, and progress, utilizing project management methodologies, processes, and tools effectively. The role requires the use of data and research to identify root causes and areas to optimize work, establish operational efficiencies, and support the design of programs that enable the organization's ability to recruit and hire, focusing on key user groups. Cross-collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including the Global Early Careers TA team, People Team, and business leaders, is essential. The Analyst will build, analyze, maintain, and distribute Talent Acquisition data analytics to stakeholders regarding performance indicators and trends to impact Talent Acquisition results and strategic objectives. They will also be a thought partner in developing and maximizing global programs, utilizing data to define problems, ideate solutions, and implement those solutions. Budget management will be part of the responsibilities as appropriate. This position is hybrid, allowing employees to alternate between remote and office work, with an expectation of being in the office 2-3 set days a week based on business needs.

Requirements

  • 2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)
  • 3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
  • 2+ years of Program or Project Management experience
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Project metric tracking and report creation
  • Experience building, documenting, and maintaining processes and policies
  • Consultative approach with ability to demonstrate positive relationship building with various partners
  • Experience developing reporting and metrics and interpreting data for insights on business processes
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication, and experience handling confidential information
  • Proven track record of building and executing multiple programs
  • Excellent computer skills with Microsoft Windows, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • General understanding of Early Career Talent Acquisition/Program Management best practices
  • Knowledgeable of Talent Acquisition/Program Management best practices
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS Systems, SmartRecruiters and Workday preferable
  • Creative, out of the box thinker
  • Experience with CRM and Avature
  • Leadership presence and credibility to interact with all levels of employees and stakeholders, including senior leaders
  • Practical experience applying change management principles at global scale
  • Strong data-analysis, problem-solving, and agile process improvement skills
  • Familiarity with TA workstreams for mid-size to large projects and program
