About the position

Visa is seeking an Analyst, Talent Acquisition Program Management to join the Visa Global Talent Acquisition team. This role is pivotal in driving best-in-class program management for Visa's Early Careers and Rotational programs. The individual will be responsible for optimizing and upskilling all Talent Acquisition teams globally, ensuring that Visa remains a leader in attracting and retaining top talent. This position offers a unique opportunity to influence the development and execution of strategic initiatives that enhance the overall effectiveness of Visa's recruitment processes. Key responsibilities include co-leading mid-rotation check-ins with managers, managing relationships with the Associate Committee to drive priority project work, and overseeing the development and maintenance of the rotation proposal portal. The Analyst will also manage the delivery of site-based location expansions and drive the integration of performance reviews into Workday. Additionally, the role involves executing and maintaining the mentorship program, leading the execution of Orientation and Development Weeks, and supporting the creation of program surveys and recap decks. Evaluating program outcomes and analyzing the health of the programs will be essential, culminating in a yearly readout to identify areas of opportunity. The Analyst will partner with key stakeholders across Talent Acquisition to assist in designing, building, and executing innovative programs that ensure consistency on a global scale. This includes managing project plans related to both short and long-term Talent Acquisition strategies, providing key communications, and holding project teams accountable to timelines and deliverables. The role requires effective usage of project management methodologies and tools, as well as the ability to use data and research to identify root causes and optimize work processes. The Analyst will also support the design of programs that enhance the organization's ability to recruit and hire, focusing on key user groups, and will be responsible for building, analyzing, maintaining, and distributing Talent Acquisition data analytics to stakeholders regarding performance indicators and trends.

Responsibilities

  • Co-lead mid rotation check-ins with managers.
  • Own the relationship with Associate Committee to drive fiscal year priority project work.
  • Own the development and maintenance of rotation proposal portal.
  • Manage the delivery of the site based location expansion.
  • Drive the integration of moving performance reviews into Workday.
  • Drive the execution and maintenance of the mentorship program.
  • Lead the execution of Orientation and Development Weeks, including schedule creation and vendor management.
  • Collaborate with Visa University for Orientation soft launch week and facilitator follow-up & debrief.
  • Support the creation of program surveys and recap decks.
  • Evaluate program outcomes and analyze the health of the programs and areas of opportunity.

Requirements

  • 2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD).
  • 3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD).
  • 2+ years of Program or Project Management experience.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and project metric tracking.
  • Experience building, documenting, and maintaining processes and policies.
  • Consultative approach with ability to demonstrate positive relationship building with various partners.
  • Experience developing reporting and metrics and interpreting data for insights on business processes.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with experience handling confidential information.
  • Proven track record of building and executing multiple programs.
  • Excellent computer skills with Microsoft Windows, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • General understanding of Early Career Talent Acquisition/Program Management best practices.
  • Knowledgeable of Talent Acquisition/Program Management best practices and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS Systems, preferably SmartRecruiters and Workday.
  • Creative, out of the box thinker with experience in CRM and Avature.
  • Leadership presence and credibility to interact with all levels of employees and stakeholders, including senior leaders.
  • Practical experience applying change management principles at global scale.
  • Strong data-analysis, problem-solving, and agile process improvement skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with CRM and Avature.
  • Familiarity with TA workstreams for mid-size to large projects and programs.
