About the position

The Analyst, Talent Acquisition at Visa plays a crucial role in the Early Careers Talent Acquisition team, focusing on attracting and recruiting top talent for intern and New College Graduate roles across various business units. This position involves full-lifecycle recruiting, strategic partnership with hiring teams, and collaboration on global projects to enhance talent acquisition processes. The Analyst will ensure a seamless candidate experience while driving key staffing metrics and managing recruitment campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted talent acquisition partner advising hiring teams on talent demand and staffing strategies.
  • Implement impactful recruitment campaigns to attract and select top talent, managing the recruitment process from resume screening to offer closing.
  • Host strategy meetings with hiring teams to align on recruitment goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional Talent Acquisition teams, including Sourcing, Coordinating, Onboarding, DE&I, and Compensation.
  • Act as a culture ambassador for Visa while attracting industry talent.
  • Source and screen applicants, managing candidate dispositioning and requisition maintenance.
  • Ensure a seamless candidate experience through continuous interaction with hiring teams and candidates.
  • Drive best-in-class recruitment processes to achieve staffing metrics such as Time to Fill and Time to Start.
  • Administer and execute the candidate onboarding process.
  • Lead various Early Careers programs, including event management and vendor coordination.
  • Participate in special projects related to social media strategies, data management, and branding.

Requirements

  • 2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD).
  • Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), preferably Smart Recruiters.
  • Prior utilization of social media outlets for sourcing efforts, including job boards like LinkedIn.
  • Results-oriented, self-motivated, organized, and resourceful.
  • Detail-oriented with a proven track record of managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Windows, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Nice-to-haves

  • 3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree.
  • Experience implementing Talent Acquisition best practices.
  • Prior recruiting experience within the Fin Tech industry and hiring into Early Careers programs.
  • Ability to work virtually with global team members.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional planning, organization, and project management skills.
