About the position

The Analyst, Early Careers Talent Acquisition at Visa plays a crucial role in driving the company's growth by collaborating with hiring teams to attract and recruit top talent for intern and New College Graduate roles. This position involves full-lifecycle recruiting and strategic partnership with HR and business functions, ensuring a seamless candidate experience and alignment with Visa's staffing strategies. The role also includes managing various Early Careers programs and participating in special projects to enhance the talent acquisition process.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted talent acquisition partner advising hiring teams on talent demand and market intelligence.
  • Implement impactful recruitment campaigns to attract and select top talent, focusing on candidate experience.
  • Host strategy meetings with hiring teams to align on recruitment goals.
  • Partner with cross-functional Talent Acquisition teams, including Sourcing, Coordinating, Onboarding, DE&I, and Compensation.
  • Source and screen applicants, managing candidate dispositioning and requisition maintenance.
  • Drive best-in-class recruitment processes to achieve key staffing metrics, including Time to Fill and Time to Start.
  • Administer and execute the candidate onboarding process.
  • Lead various Early Careers programs, including Internship and New Hire Development Programs, managing event logistics and vendor relations.
  • Participate in special projects related to social media strategies, data management, and branding.
  • Prioritize multiple tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • 2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD).
  • Passionate about working with Early Careers talent.
  • Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), preferably Smart Recruiters.
  • Prior utilization of social media outlets for sourcing efforts, including job boards like LinkedIn.
  • Results-oriented, self-motivated, organized, and resourceful.
  • Detail-oriented with a proven track record of managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Windows, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Nice-to-haves

  • 3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree.
  • Experience implementing Talent Acquisition best practices.
  • Prior recruiting experience within the Fin Tech industry and hiring into various Early Careers programs.
  • Ability to work virtually with global team members.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional planning, organization, and project management skills.
