About the position
The Analyst position at Partner Valuation Advisors LLC involves conducting detailed research and financial analysis for various commercial real estate assets. The role requires a detail-oriented and organized individual who is passionate about both people and numbers. The analyst will work under supervision to prepare revenue and expense forecasts, conduct market research, and maintain property databases, contributing to the preparation of appraisal reports.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough research and financial analysis for commercial real estate assets.
- Perform market research and analyze zoning and real estate taxes in the local jurisdiction.
- Enter data for sale, rent, lease, and income & expense comparables into the database.
- Analyze rent rolls and leases, as well as historical financial performance.
- Conduct comparison analysis of rent, lease, and sale comparables.
- Value real estate assets under proper supervision.
- Take professional education classes towards appraisal licensure.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year university.
- Strong communication, written, and organizational skills.
- Ability to self-manage multiple projects at once.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to work in the office at least 2-3 times per week.
Nice-to-haves
- Argus experience preferred.
