As part of the Data Platform team, the Analytic Product Operation role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our data analytic products, which include Business Intelligence (BI) tools and User Behavior Analysis (UBA). This position involves not only managing these products but also providing essential training to users within the organization. The successful candidate will conduct training sessions, create training materials, and assist users in understanding and utilizing these products effectively. Additionally, the role requires investigating and understanding different use cases for the products to enhance their functionality and user experience. The position also entails being on-call to address any critical issues or emergencies related to the products promptly and efficiently. Establishing strong relationships with both local and global teams is vital, as this role involves consolidating and filtering feedback, analyzing it, and collaborating with relevant teams to develop effective solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong product perspective, business acumen, and a user-centric approach, ensuring that the products meet the needs of our diverse user base. Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the operation of Data analytic products, including Business Intelligence (BI) tools and User Behavior Analysis (UBA).
  • Provide training on data analytics products to users within the organization, including conducting training sessions, creating training materials, and assisting users in understanding and utilizing the products effectively.
  • Investigate and understand different use cases for the products to enhance user experience.
  • Ensure on-call service to address any critical issues or emergencies related to the products promptly and efficiently.
  • Establish and maintain great relationships with local and global teams, consolidating and filtering feedback, analyzing it, and collaborating with relevant teams to develop effective solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above with experience in product operation.
  • Excellent product perspective, business perspective, and user perspective preferred.
  • Strong sense of cooperation with good cross-team and cross-country cooperation interface preferred.
