About the position
The Analytical Development Scientist will join the biologics team within the Global Research and Development organization of a large pharmaceutical company. This role is critical for supporting biologics projects and involves collaboration with various stakeholders, including project managers and external labs. The scientist will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing assays for biologic drug candidates, as well as overseeing lab activities conducted by third-party organizations.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute assays for pipeline biologic drug candidates.
- Develop analytical methods and author technical reports.
- Communicate results effectively to the project team.
- Audit results and technical reports from third-party organizations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Research and Development on proteins.
- 3+ years of experience with UPLC and ELISA.
- Experience in designing, running, and interpreting experiments.
- Strong technical writing skills.
