About the position

The Analytics Consultant role focuses on providing data-driven insights and transformative analytics to clients in the Transportation, Logistics, and Supply Chain sectors. The consultant will develop tailored analytical solutions, build interactive dashboards, and present findings to clients, all while working with large datasets and various data tools.

Responsibilities

• Consult for clients across the Transportation, Logistics, and Supply Chain sectors, developing analytical solutions tailored to their needs.
• Build interactive dashboards and insightful reports, presenting findings to clients and delivering key insights through presentations.
• Aggregate various datasets from a variety of data sources and assist with the cleansing, normalization, and standardization of unstructured data into a usable structured format.
• Design and implement SQL database automation to streamline analytics processes.
• Work with large datasets, leveraging Excel, SQL & Power BI, and other tools for data assessment and manipulation.
• Travel internationally to client sites and supplier manufacturing locations to assess and enhance manufacturing and distribution processes.
• Support client development with skill-based training initiatives.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in operations, supply chain, logistics, procurement, or engineering, ideally within a consulting or industry role.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and advanced features like Pivot Tables.
• A willingness to travel up to 80% domestically and internationally to work on-site with clients.
• Excellent communication skills and experience engaging with senior stakeholders.
• Full authorization to work in the U.S.
